Appreciate Your Time

Excellent service! I recently purchased a watch from Robert. It turned out it was a lemon, but at no fault of Robert. It simply was a lemon from the factory. Twice he sent it back for repairs, upon receiving the watch a second time, I tried to adjust the time and that same day the hands would not move.

Robert kept telling me I just want you to be happy with your purchase and I could tell he was just as disappointed as I was. Robert actually traded out a watch with me that literally cost twice as much as the original one I purchased at no extra cost.

I could not believe the professionalism and commitment he makes to his customers. He is a businessman with integrity and stands by the products he sells. His employees are very courteous and very helpful as well. This is a business that operates on the principles of honesty, integrity, and old fashion values.

Military Veteran appreciative business as well. Robert also gave me a veteran’s discount on my original purchase.

In the future when I need to make another purchase of jewelry or watches, I will only deal with Robert’s Bella Diamonds and Watches. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of jewelry or a watch. I doubt you would find lower prices elsewhere, but if you did, ask yourself this, are you going to have peace of mind that your product is 100% guaranteed and the business is going to stand behind you and their product? Because that is what you will get with Robert, 100% satisfaction.
